2 weeks

So much has happened over the past two weeks. I can't believe we have been in Colombia for 2 weeks. Today was a really relaxing day. The General Manager at the hotel took us to the Country Club that he belongs to called Bogota Tennis Club Campestre. It is really nice.The grounds are beautiful. You name it they have it from Tennis courts, golf course, huge swimming pools , playgrounds for every size kid, zip lines and beautiful areas for meetings and receptions.We enjoyed the children's playground and the swimming pool. The playground was perfect for Daniel. We finally found  swings that  received mom's stamp of approval. Most of the swings at the parks  do not have toddler safety in mind. This playground did. The higher the swing went the happier my lil daredevil seemed to be. The playground had lots of beautiful lush grass and a cute little house that Daniel loved.  The swimming pool  is indoors and warm.  Daniel seemed to become a little more comfortable in this pool. Gary is destined to make him a swimmer just like Daddy.
It was just nice to have alittle change of scenery. Thanks Juan Carlos!!
Bedtime is getting better. I can tell he is adjusting to his nightly routine. Last night he just wimpered in his sleep for alittle while . It breaks your heart to hear him wimper. We comfort him through it and then he goes back to sleep.
Honestly I can't believe we have been a family for less than 2 weeks. I feel as if Daniel has been with us forever. I pray for Daniel to feel loved, secure and happy. Daniel is such a beautiful little boy. My love for Daniel  is insanely crazy. I love his curious little nature, love for life, sweet little smiles, funny laugh  and yes even his special  little moments when life is just unfair and he wants to tell us about it. We love you Daniel!!
